Nature house in Hulshorst

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay. What was really unfortunate was that he filled the hot tub with water, and I later found out that we hadn’t booked it and that we weren’t supposed to use it. He drained the hot tub properly, but unfortunately this cost us a 100-euro deposit. The owner claimed that hair had been found in it, but that’s not be the case if we didn’t use it. It’s a shame we weren’t believed. And 100 euros in cleaning fees for a single wipe through a hot tub is way too much money—it makes absolutely no sense. If you go to this cottage, don’t make this mistake. You can do a lot of cleaning for 100 euros, but the main thing is that we weren’t believed—I would have liked to see some photos. But anyway, what was really nice was that we spotted some pine martens…

Heerlijk verblijf gehad samen met mijn vriend. Wat erg jammer was is dat hij de hottub liet vollopen met water en ik er daarna achterkwam dat we hem niet hadden geboekt en dat het niet de bedoeling was hij liet de hottub netjes leeglopen helaas koste ons dit 100 euro borg de eigenaar beweerde dat er haren waren aan getroffen maar dat kan niet als wij hem niet gebruikt hebben. Jammer dat wij niet geloofd werden. En 100 euro schoonmaakkosten voor een doekje door een hottub vind ik erg veel geld dat slaat helemaal nergens meer op. Als je naar dit huisje gaat maak deze fout niet. Voor 100 euro kan je heel veel schoonmaken maar vooral we niet worden geloofd ik had wel graag foto’s willen zien. Maarja wat wel erg leuk was is dat we boommarters hebben gespot..

Amazing! We really enjoyed the cottage and the surroundings. After a long walk in the blazing sun, it felt like coming home, and the coolness of the cottage was an extra treat.

We’d love to come back in the winter to experience the cottage and the surroundings then as well.

Waanzinnig! We hebben zo genoten van het huisje en de omgeving. Na een lange wandeling in de brandende zon was het een gevoel van thuiskomen en was de koelte van het huisje een extra cadeautje.

Wij komen in de winter graag terug om ook dan het huisje en de omgeving te ervaren.

Fantastic cottage! The hot tub really makes the stay complete. The cottage is very well-equipped. Our only minor criticisms would be that a lot of mosquitoes and other insects can get inside the cottage; screen doors would be ideal so we could still air it out a bit at night before everything gets swarmed. There were mosquito nets, but they didn’t stay in place very well overnight. Also, the mattress pad was plastic-coated, which made it very stuffy.

Fantastisch huisje! De hottub maakt het verblijf wel echt compleet. Huisje is zeer compleet. Enige puntjes van kritiek zouden voor ons zijn dat er wel veel muggen en andere dieren in het huisje kunnen, horren zouden ideaal zijn om ‘s nachts toch wat door te kunnen luchten voor dat alles onder zit. Er hingen klamboes maar deze bleven niet goed zitten in de nacht. Ook was de molton geplastificeerd wat erg broeierig was.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was well organized, and the location in the woods was beautiful. We had a jacuzzi, which was wonderful! The cottage would also be a great place to return to with our dog, given the beautiful hiking trails. Unfortunately, dogs aren’t allowed, so we’ll have to look for another spot next time.

Heerlijke verblijf gehad! Alles goed geregeld en mooie ligging in het bos. We hadden met jacuzzi, deze was heerlijk! Het huisje zou ook heel leuk zijn om nog een keer terug te keren met de viervoeter ivm de mooie wandelmogelijkheden. Helaas is deze niet welkom waardoor we de volgende keer toch op zoek gaan naar een ander plekje.
