Enjoy nature, peace and space in the beautiful countryside of the French Champagne-Ardennes less than 4 hours away. Our Tiny-house is completely free on a large lot without direct contact or view with our main residence. There is a large meadow in front of the cottage and a large lot next to it. Plenty of room for sunbathing, playing soccer or lazing around with a good book. The adjacent land belongs to the farmer with some goats, donkeys and cows. There is a fire pit available on the land in front of the cottage. The cottage is fully equipped: -floor heating -hot water -kitchen with fridge, cupboard space and 4-burner ceramic hob -bathroom with shower, toilet and sink -dining table with 4 chairs -cover with 2 garden chairs -TV with Dutch TV, Netflix -Music syst. Bluetooth -Wifi with fast fiber connection -fire basket with barbeque -comfortable 2 pers.bed of 160x200 cm -parking place at the meadow (300 meters from the Tiny house)
Nature and surroundings
The surroundings are beautiful! The "Val de Serre" is a beautiful hiking area and is located directly below the village. The surrounding villages are connected by numerous roads and worth exploring by bike or car. 8 km/5 min. drive are all amenities within easy reach, including: -baker with the best croissants in the region -gas station -supermarket -pharmacy -butcher -snackbar Besides enjoying the beautiful nature and surroundings, there is also plenty to do: -canoe rental on flowing river -climbing forest -horseback riding - "Lac de Veille Forges" with beach and pedal boat rental -karting -Reims with lively city center, terraces, Champagne and a beautiful Cathedral -Charleville Mézières with the "Place Ducalle" -Paris at approx. 2 hours drive
