Welcome to the most cozy little bungalow in the Achterhoek. The cottage stands on a dead-end road, in the outer forest edge of a quiet park, 100 meters from a large lake. With a large, fully fenced garden with sun and shade and lots of privacy. Around the garden trees and bushes. There is a lockable shed with charging point for your bikes and storage of other stuff. There is free parking on private land for 2 cars. Living room with wood stove and sliding doors to the garden, full kitchen with dishwasher, stove and microwave, bathroom with thermostatic faucet and shower over the bath, separate toilet room. There is air conditioning in the cottage. Private Wifi. Two bedrooms, one room with a 2 person box spring and one room with a triple bunk bed, the lower bed is 2 persons, upper bed 1 person. One or two pets are almost always welcome by arrangement. Towels, bed and kitchen linen and free use of our canoe and barbecue complete your vacation.
Nature and surroundings
Here you are in one of the most beautiful places in the Achterhoek. At 7 km from the German Zwillbrocker Venn, where in spring and summer a beautiful population of Flamingos can be seen. Many nature reserves with bicycle routes and hiking trails in Achterhoek and Twente. Our cottage is in a place where you experience so much peace and privacy that you forget you are in a park. At night it is still really dark and quiet here. Wake up to nature from the singing of the birds and breakfast in your own large garden. Almost a km away is an experience park that will make any child happy, the Hof van Eckberge. Almost 3 km from the park is the center of Eibergen. Here are all the stores you need, you can visit a restaurant, eat an ice cream or grab a terrace. Hiking, cycling in the area, take a canoe trip from Vreden to Rekken, or visit the beautiful flower parade Rekken in August. In the folder in the cottage you will find plenty of leaflets with ideas!
