Comfortable, rustic apartment ideal for couples and families, on the first floor of a beautiful 16th-century farmhouse. With garden, deck chairs, barbecue and table for outdoor dining. Fully equipped kitchen, pure cotton bed and bath linens included, pillows, pool towels. The large bedrooms have a double bed, closets and some have desks. The living room is double, has an open wood-burning fireplace in the sitting area, a dining table for 8 people and a game table. The large kitchen is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave) Possibility of additional beds. From the floor there is access to the property's garden with table, chairs and umbrella, among old trees. 3 km from the property you will find a characteristic family trattoria, with genuine food and takeaway options.
Nature and surroundings
Lots of wilderness and guaranteed relaxation on one of the oldest agricultural estates in beautiful Valdichiascio, just minutes from Gubbio and close to beautiful historic towns and cities of art. The large garden surrounding the house offers many places to relax in the shade of the trees and is reserved for guests of the property, as is the swimming pool. You will find plums, figs, apples, pears and many herbs for your barbecues. We host 8 bee hives a few miles into the property and our fields are chemical-free.
