You enter the chalet through an open patio, where you can have breakfast in the sun in the summer morning. Upon entering you find yourself in a large open space containing a 4 meter long kitchen with oven , induction hob and dishwasher, a dining and sitting area. In the sitting area there is a wood stove and a large window with impressive views. Attached to this living space is a balcony also with that beautiful view of the Aosta Valley and Mont Blanc. Via the stairs you reach the mezzanine where there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both bedrooms have a double bed and again that enchanting view. One floor down is another bedroom with a double bed. On this level is a laundry room with a garage and a sauna room. The whole house has wooden floors with underfloor heating, on each floor is a separate thermostat. The house was built in 2023 with luxury materials and very well insulated, it is fully equipped.

The chalet is located at an altitude of about 1600 meters which guarantees healthy fresh air with an amazing view over the Aosta Valley to the MT Blanc (4810 meters) and the nature parks Gran Paradiso and Parco MT Avic. The chalet is in a group of chalets surrounded by beautiful nature with various hiking opportunities within driving distance (10 min) of restaurants and daily amenities, this is an ideal house for all seasons to recover from the daily stress. Inde summer you can cool on hot days by the river with crystal clear water, or trips and mountain walks in the natural parks. In winter there is snow, therefore plenty of winter sports opportunities from early December to late March. Skiing in Champoluc (Mt Rosa ski) at 20 minutes drive Cervinia (Zermatt) at 1 hour or the area Estoules (famous from the book "The Eight Mountains" by Paolo Cognetti) at 20 minutes and Antagnod. 10 minutes walk Colle di Joux ski.
