Nature house in Capdrot

Within walking distance of the lively and characteristic village of Monpazier, on our property, we rent a nice vacation home with large enclosed garden and jacuzzi (June-September). At the end of a cul-de-sac, with 25 acres of private land around, on top of a hill, quiet, yet close to a village with all amenities.The cottage has two bedrooms, a living room with wood stove and TV, a bathroom and kitchen with all the necessary items to prepare a nice meal. It is equipped with all conveniences, such as superfast internet, a dishwasher and a Nespresso machine. On the TV sound box by Bose you can play your own music via bluetooth. The car can be parked inside, which is very pleasant in the hot summers. Electric cars can be plugged in at night (7.50 per night) In the yard we also have a two-person house with terrace and fenced garden, which can be rented if you want to come with 6 people.

The large fenced private garden is accessible from the kitchen. Our sheep are in the pasture next to the garden, very cozy to watch. In the garden is also the Jacuzzi. There are two LaFuma chairs in the garden, those fine where you can lie all the way down. There is a hammock. And of course a table to eat outside and a bench with beautiful views over the valley and the village. There is a BBQ and a fire pit, and everything in the yard is just accessible. Just look around and greet the animals. We live on the farm ourselves; our living area is on the other side of the yard, far enough away to ensure each other's privacy. Dogs are welcome. From the cottage you can walk right away without having to cross a road; it's wonderful! Surrounding the farm is our land, 25 acres of forest and grass, with two springs, a small river (the Dropt) and a small lake, a wonderful place to let the dog swim. So plenty to explore!
