The modern apartment is approx. 85m2 in size, is located on the first floor and has its own terrace with direct access to the communal garden. It has natural materials, two bedrooms with a total of four beds, a large living and dining area with an open kitchen and a bathroom. A storage room can be used on request. The apartment has barrier-free access and is designed for four people (basic price). Extra beds are not possible, a baby crib is available free of charge on request. Pets are not allowed in this apartment. All guests have access to our garden, which also includes a large sunbathing area. You can park your car on covered parking spaces, bicycle parking spaces are also available. The whole house currently has 4 vacation apartments. Matthijs July 29, 2024 General rating:The cottage is fully equipped: very nice kitchen with oven, good refrigerator, induction stove, good kitchen utensils (knives etc.), dishwasher, ... There is also a washing machine, fine sofa, good bed, private terrace inside a large shared garden with sandpit. There is also underfloor heating for colder days. There is no air conditioning, but because of the thick walls it stays reasonably cool inside. The sound insulation is also very good.The administrators are very friendly and they also speak very good English, which was nice for us, because our command of the German language is not so good.The region is beautiful with besides nature also beautiful towns like Goslar (UNESCO) and Wernigerode.

Er is voor koudere dagen ook vloerverwarming aanwezig.
Er is geen airco, maar door de dikke muren blijft het binnen redelijk koel. De geluidsisolatie is ook heel goed.
De beheerders zijn erg vriendelijk en ze spreken ook zeer goed Engels, wat voor ons fijn was, want onze beheersing van de Duitse taal is niet zo goed.
