The spacious apartment on the first floor was completely renovated in 2020 and fully fitted with a high-quality marble floor from the region. The living and dining area was deliberately kept very spacious and furnished with classic Italian furniture. The spacious bedroom is furnished with a large double bed (2x2 meters), with branded single mattresses to ensure a restful night's sleep. From every room you can enjoy the fantastic panoramic view of Lake Garda with the Monte Baldo mountain range in the background. The 39 m² covered terrace provides plenty of shade but also protection if the weather gods are not on your side. Ample seating and 2 loungers (with cushions, of course) allow you to experience nature outside.
Nature and surroundings

Above the village of Piovere, a typical Italian village in the municipality of Tignale, which has retained its original character, lies this property - in the middle of the Alto Garda Brescia Nature Park between Limone and Salo, 400 meters up on the western shore of Lake Garda. Harmony, peace and quiet give Piovere its special charm for relaxing, unwinding and recharging your batteries. Extensive hiking trails, often with impressive views, are just as inviting as gentle or challenging trekking tours or even just a walk to the gorge with its waterfall. It takes less than 5 minutes by car to reach the shores of Lake Garda. Swimming, windsurfing, kitesurfing and much more, as well as strolling through Limone, Gargnano, Toscolano Maderno, Gardone or Salo, to name just a few of the nearby tourist towns, are all on offer here.
