Nature house in Schulenberg

We offer a laundry package for €12.50 per person (towels, comforter covers and pillowcases). The fee for the Kurbetriebsgesellschaft is 2,79 €/night for adults and 1,88 €/night for children from 6 years. Payment on site! The vacation apartment has an area of 65 m². The lounge has an area of 40 m². There is ONE bedroom in the apartment. The second bedroom is the summer hut (outbuilding). This has four single beds (toilet is in the main building). Notes for cold days: In cold temperatures we recommend using the tiled stove (wood is available). The hut has an electric heater (extra charges may apply if electricity consumption is high). We recommend turning the heater on about an hour before going to bed and turning it off after getting up to avoid extra costs. There are blankets, electric blankets and hot water bottles in the hut. The hut is not recommended for small children during the winter season.

Our vacation apartment is located in an old forester's lodge "das Krafthaus", which was built in 1902. The house is secluded, surrounded by nature. Outdoor area: The adjoining outdoor seating area belongs to the vacation apartment. This has a small seating/dining area. The outdoor seating area can be used as desired, e.g. bicycles can be stored here or wet towels can be hung up. The large garden offers plenty of space for children to play. They are welcome to use the trampoline and the "playhouse" with toddler swing. Location: The Schalker pond and the Kiefhölzer pond are within walking distance. The nearest town, the mountain and university town of Clausthal-Zellerfeld, is approx. 4 km away. The bike park and Ski Alpinum Schulenberg are approx. 8 km away. The Bikepark Hahnenklee is about 30 minutes by bike from us. The Bikepark Sankt Andreasberg is 30 km away. There are many adjoining hiking trails.
