Attractive, colorful, cozy and sustainable cottage on the edge of the hills in Groesbeek near Nijmegen (9km). The surroundings and views are beautiful. - unique location - detached - complete privacy - beautiful views - cozy cottage offers space for 2 people + 1 car (private parking) and is fully equipped: dishwasher, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, milk frother, combi oven, TV and smart lighting. Sustainability is important to us, the roof is equipped with solar panels. Smoking is not allowed on the entire property. Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located in a hilly area on the outskirts of Groesbeek between the golf course and the Liberation Museum. Location is right on the Pieterpad. center of Groesbeek is 5 minutes by bike. To Nijmegen is about half an hour by bike. Given the hilly landscape is an electric bicycle is not a luxury ;-). The nature house is detached and has plenty of privacy. The cottage is located at the back of our garden and has a terrace facing south-west. You have a private entrance to the cottage and you can also park your car there. We live rural but not in "the middle of nowhere", we have immediate neighbors.
