This pretty country house, typical of the region, welcomes you for a stay in a quiet, rural hamlet. The house has retained its original floor tiles, roof timbers and stonework. On the ground floor: a fully-equipped kitchen, a spacious living room and a separate toilet. First floor: Two large bedrooms. A bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet. The house is connected to a septic tank. Selective sorting is compulsory. Games and toys are available. A large planted garden, with large trees including a hazelnut, an apple and a tamarisk A swing, an arbour, garden furniture... the house garden is pleasant, sunny and relaxing. You can enjoy your meals under the parasol, read a book in the hammock or relax on a deckchair. The house is connected to the fiber.
Nature and surroundings
The leisure/water sports centers are 10km away by car. You can also get there by bike. Ideally located in the heart of the Nièvre region, you can hike along the Etang de Merle or Etang de Baye and admire the flora and fauna of these protected sites. You can pedal along the Canal du Nivernais, take to the water on a paddle or let the sound of the water lull you to sleep while fishing. Close to several state-owned forests, you can recharge your batteries on a hike or bike ride. There are many small villages to visit. Arthel, La Charité-sur-Loire, Clamecy, Moulins-Engilber and our beautiful city of Nevers are just a few of the many places to visit. You can enjoy watching a rugby match in Nevers or a car race on the Magny Cours circuit, or just stroll around the many garage sales.
