This 5-person split level bungalow is located on the edge of the Veluwe near Voorthuizen. You enter into the large living kitchen where everything is available for a meal. The dining table offers enough room for 5 and possibly some extra guests. The kitchen island has a 6-burner Smeg stove with oven. There is a nice big fridge with enough space for all your groceries, with 3 freezer drawers as well. The cabinets in the kitchen offer enough space for a large stock of food. The kitchen gives access to the covered terrace. Here you can enjoy breakfast, sit in the sun until late, and extensive bbq'ing. From the kitchen you have access to the spacious living room, a double bedroom and the second toilet, where you can also find the washer and dryer. The kitchen also provides access to the bathroom with shower and toilet, a double bedroom downstairs and a spacious single bedroom upstairs where there is also a crib.
Nature and surroundings
With such a wonderful living kitchen, you would almost forget that there is also a living room. But this is definitely where you want to sit, because with windows on 3 sides you have plenty of views of the greenery, birds and squirrels. The living room has 2 sofas and a TV. You also have access to the porch and the lovely backyard. The backyard is spacious and sunny with a large lawn, trees, various flowers and enough space to retreat. There are several seating areas, with easy chairs, lounge sofas and space to hang the hammock. You will also find the sauna for your private wellness afternoon. The house is surrounded by trees and within 5 minutes you can walk into the forest on both sides. With the forest, the high Veluwe, the village of Voorthuizen, surrounded by farms with meadows, picking gardens and nature, there is plenty to do for young and old.
