Beautiful Beneteau First 40 foot (12.5 meters) sailing yacht. Equipped with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, seating area and a comfortable cockpit. Spacious sailing yacht with a headroom of 190/195 cm. Located in the harbor of Lauwersoog. Equipped with shore power, hot water. In consultation, with additional payment, can also be sailed with this yacht. Nearby is the Lauwersmeer, forest, ferry to Schiermonnikoog, Dokkum, Groningen and Leeuwarden. Free parking. In the harbor is a very nice sanitary facility to shower and use the toilet. Because the boat is in the harbor, toilet and shower can not be used on the boat.
