We had such a wonderful time—tame ducks were right by our cottage, and the big horse that was turned out in the pasture every day came by, too. The kids could swim, go on a pedal boat, or paddle a canoe, and then they’d go through a pipe under a ditch to reach a forest—they could paddle all the way through it, and the first time, we walked along with the dogs. We crossed little bridges and even petted two tame pigs right in the middle of the woods. Highly recommended. Very clean showers and restrooms. We asked if he had a grill, and he brought one right over.
We had a big campfire and roasted marshmallows.
