We found the place even nicer than expected. And we would definitely recommend the bbq option!
We had a fabulous stay at the Kaban. Our kids enjoyed discovering small natural things in the garden as we did! The place is unique as the surroundings.

It was a spacious cottage, but a bit more primitive than we had realized beforehand. In the beginning we had some trouble getting the wood stove to work, but that may also be due to our inexperience ;-). Furthermore, as far as we were concerned, it could have been delivered a bit cleaner (saw some cobwebs and spiders in some rooms...). Furthermore, we had some bad luck with the weather (we had a lot of rain!) So we could not fully enjoy the outdoor space and nature. Another point for attention is the window coverings in the bedroom. It was very thin so we woke up at 5:30 am.
Het was een ruim huisje, maar wel wat primitiever dan we op voorhand ons gerealiseerd hadden. We hadden in het begin ook wat moeite met het aankrijgen van de houtkachel, maar dat kan ook aan onze onervarenheid liggen ;-). Verder kon het wat ons betreft wel wat schoner opgeleverd worden (zagen in een aantal ruimtes wat spinnenwebben en spinnetjes..). Verder hadden we ook wat pech met het weer (heel veel regen gehad!) waardoor we niet optimaal van de buitenruimte en natuur konden genieten.
