Nature house in Vierakker

We were really very satisfied, but maybe missed salt and pepper ;) And a curtain for the front door! You could close the door, but still nice to have a curtain.

We waren echt heel tevreden, maar misten misschien nog zout en peper ;) En een gordijntje voor de voordeur! Je kon de deur wel dicht doen, maar toch lekker om een gordijntje te hebben.

Me and my friend enjoyed the cottage! The pictures are exactly how it looks. The bed is wonderful! Yes, you can hear the company of the safari tent behind the fence, but if you know that in advance it's not a big deal. The hot tub was really a great addition to our weekend. With a candle lit, we watched the stars together. The cottage is comfortable and well insulated, so you are probably nice and warm even in winter! The area is beautiful for hiking, and the hiking trail starts (literally) next to the cottage. We received a very friendly welcome. We would definitely recommend this cottage to friends!

Ik en mijn vriend hebben genoten van het huisje! De foto's zijn precies hoe het eruit ziet. Het bed ligt heerlijk! Ja, je hoort het gezelschap van de safari tent achter de schutting, maar als je dat alvast weet is het niet erg. De hottub was echt een grote toevoeging aan ons weekend. Met een kaarsje aan hebben we samen naar de sterren gekeken. Het huisje is comfortabel en goed geïsoleerd, dus waarschijnlijk ben je ook in de winter lekker warm!

De omgeving is prachtig om te wandelen, en het wandelpad begint (letterlijk) naast het huisje. We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen. We raden dit huisje zeker aan aan vrienden!

The gentleman who arranges everything is very friendly, the cleanliness in the cottage could be much better. There was dust under everything, the drain stinks of sewage and the hot tub was slippery. According to the gentleman this was normal and he had cleaned it. However, after our own action to drain and clean it and fill it up again, this problem was completely solved. This also applies to the shower, where a whole ball of hair came out of the drain, and the cottage itself could have used a mop.

Furthermore, there was enough kitchen utensils for self-catering, and when needed you could easily ask for extra towels, garbage bags, etc. Above all, a nice week, plenty of nice outings like cycling, hiking, easily accessible center of Zutphen. Only it could all be a lot neater, this was just not how it should be.

De meneer die alles regelt is erg vriendelijk, de netheid in het huisje kan stukken beter. Overal lag stof onder, de afvoer stinkt naar riool en de hottub was glibberig. Volgens de meneer was dit normaal en had hij hem schoon gemaakt. Echter na onze eigen handeling om hem leeg te laten lopen en schoon te maken en weer te vullen, was dit probleem volledig verholpen.
Dit geld ook voor de douche, waar een hele haarbal uit het putje kwam, en het huisje zelf had wel een dweil kunnen gebruiken.

Verder was er wel voldoende keukengerei aanwezig om zelf te koken, en wanneer nodig kon je gemakkelijk vragen naar extra handdoeken, vuilniszakken e.d.

Bovenal een fijn weekje gehad, voldoende leuke uitjes als fietsen, wandelen, makkelijk bereikbaar centrum van Zutphen.

Alleen het kan een stuk netter allemaal, dit was gewoon niet hoe het hoort.

For hiking it is top, and nature you are so in, in terms of peace and quiet you actually have constant children who live there by default and they play around the property and in the bushes around the cottage, something you would rather not want if you book such a cottage.

Voor het wandelen is het top, en de natuur zit je zo in, qua rust heb je eigenlijk constant kinderen die er standaard wonen en die spelen om het terrein en in de bosjes rondom het huisje, iets wat je liever niet wilt als je zo'n huisje boekt.

It is an incredibly nice wooden cottage. Nice and cozy and it smells great inside. In terms of peace and quiet and space you have to take into account that you are on a campsite. There are about 10 chalets with you and there is space for campers. The first evening we were bothered by screaming children until 23:30, the other 4 days we had no more nuisance. The children play of course but this is not disturbing. Very nice surroundings, wooded.

Het is een ontzettend leuk houten huisje. Lekker knus en het ruikt heerlijk binnen.

Qua rust en ruimte moet je rekening houden met het feit dat je op een camping staat. Er staan zo’n 10 chalets bij je en er is ruimte voor campers.

De eerste avond hadden we tot 23:30 last van schreeuwende kinderen, de andere 4 dagen geen overlast meer gehad. De kinderen spelen natuurlijk maar dit is niet storend. Zeer mooie opgeving, bosrijk.
