This natural cottage has been entirely designed and built by local craftsmen, using mainly wood and wrought iron to create a feeling of warmth and intimacy. The entire design is centered around a grand spiral staircase that gives it its charm and originality. The house has two floors: on the first floor, you'll find the toilet, a small kitchen (partially equipped with oven/microwave combo, electric stove, kettle, coffee machine and small fridge), the living room with fireplace and TV, and the dining table. The first floor also gives access to an outdoor terrace where you can take a dip in the Jacuzzi or sauna, or enjoy the weather when the sun is shining! On the second floor, the bed is just opposite the staircase, with a bathroom with bath and washbasin behind.
Nature and surroundings
This natural gîte is located in the small village of Briscol, in Erezée. The gîte is fairly isolated, with no immediate neighbors. In front of you, you'll find open fields where a few cows graze in summer. Behind is a riding school. Finally, you'll find an artisan chocolatier just 5 minutes away. The village is pretty isolated and you won't find many restaurants or stores, but you're only 20 minutes from Durbuy, where you can also spend some time!
