A forest cottage offering plenty of privacy, situated on a varied wooded lot just a stone’s throw from the Vecht River, where you can swim and canoe. The cottage has approximately 45 m² of living space and is situated on slightly higher ground, offering beautiful views in all directions. This cozy cottage features a new kitchen (with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher) and a bathroom with a toilet, shower stall, and washing machine. The bedroom offers a beautiful view through the “bird-watching window.” Outside, there are several terraces with both sunny and shaded spots. The sauna and outdoor shower complete the nature experience.
Nature and surroundings
A beautiful location 2 kilometers from Dalfsen and 15 kilometers from Zwolle. The lot is approximately 1,500 m² and consists of woods, a small lawn, a terrace, a porch, and covered areas. Thanks to its location near the Vecht River (about 50 meters away), the woods, the Vechtdijk, and the meadows, it is a true birdwatcher’s paradise.

Neat, clean, and fully equipped.
Netjes, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien.
What a lovely spot. The cottage is neat and cozy, and the surroundings are fantastic. It really feels like a getaway into nature.
I definitely recommend it! (The outdoor shower and sauna are also great, right there in the woods.)Wat een heerlijk plekje. Echt even weg in de natuur.

It was more spacious than it looked in the photos. Very clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped. From the living room—with its large windows—there was a view of the garden where squirrels would come by at the end of the day. There were several seating areas in the outdoor space and a fantastic, brand-new private sauna behind the house, right in the middle of the woods, where you can cool off under the outdoor shower. Martijn and Hilly were attentive hosts and made sure I had a wonderful time at their cottage. Thank you
Dank
What a lovely cottage with plenty of space and privacy all around it, right in the middle of nature/the woods, next to a bike route, and close to Dalfsen. I liked that it wasn’t located in a park. There were a few other cottages a little further down the road, though.
