We had a whole house right on the water. We could fish right from our own backyard. We could also go swimming. A set of steps had been placed in the water just for us. There’s a bike path running along the other side of the canal. Boats pass by regularly, so there’s always something to look at. We really relaxed here! The yard is completely fenced in, which was perfect for our dog. The house is well-equipped; you won’t be missing anything in the kitchen—or anywhere else in the house, for that matter.
We had plenty of privacy. The owners’ house is a good distance away. The owners and their children are very friendly and helpful. We were given a tour of their dairy farm. It was really fun and interesting! Their son let us rent his motorboat. There’s plenty to do—boating, biking, hiking, and exploring....Bolward is just a few minutes away by bike. But you don’t even notice it.We hadden een volledig huis direct aan het water. Vissen kon vanuit onze eigen tuin. Ook konden we zwemmen. Er was voor ons een trap in het water gelegd. Aan de overkant van de vaart loopt een fietspad. Er komen regelmatig boten voorbij dus je hebt continu wat te kijken. We zijn heerlijk tot rust gekomen hier! De tuin is volledig omheind. Dit was perfect voor onze hond. Het huis is goed uitgerust. In de keuken mis je niks. In de rest van het huis ook niet.
We ervaarden veel privacy. Het huis van de eigenaren staat op ruim voldoende afstand. Eigenaren en hun kinderen zijn erg aardig en behulpzaam. We hebben een rondleiding gehad over hun melkveebedrijf. Was erg leuk en interessant! Van de zoon mochten we zijn motorbootje huren. Er valt veel te varen, te fietsen, te wandelen en te ontdekken....Bolward ligt op slechts een paar minuutjes fietsen.
