This beautiful stone farmhouse with pool is located on the hills between Casentino and Valtiberina, just 12 km from Arezzo. Surrounded by greenery (328 Sq.m.) can accommodate up to 9 people. In the large garden there’s a nice swimming pool (12x6mt) equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. Next to the pool is a porch with an outdoor kitchen and tables and chairs for al fresco dining with good Tuscan food. Entering the farmhouse we find on the ground floor the kitchen, dining room, an ‘area with billiard table, the elegant living room with sofas and fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first floor is accessed by an internal staircase or by an external one, arriving in a relaxation area where the other three bedrooms and two bathrooms overlook.
