This holiday house is a tiny house in nature . It is 43 square meters large and has a terrace of 15 square meters size. It consists of a large and equipped kitchen , living room with a couch that can be turned into bed for 2 adult people , a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. In front of the house there is a wooden terrace with a majestic view to the sea and Croatia's largest mountain Velebit . The entire house is build with natural and eco friendly materials and colors ( lots of wood ) . House is also equipped with air condition . It is surrounded by a beautiful garden and pine forest . At the same property there is a garden house where the owner of the property lives in the summer months . House is situated at the top of a hill and outside settlement ( some 200 meters away is the closest neighbor ) . It is ideal for a couple or for a couple with one or two children and for people who love quiet locations in nature. For any questions feel free to contact the owner.
Nature and surroundings
House is situated at the edge of village Lopar on the island Rab , Kvarner region , Croatia. Lopar is actually a peninsula and it is well known for 22 beautiful and mostly wild sand beaches. It is a marvelous and still quite preserved peace of nature . Mediterranean vegetation ( mostly pine forest ) and outstanding geological formations (besides Sicily and Malta , island Rab is geologically one of the most interesting and diverse places in Europe ). House is located in nature, surrounded by pine forest and meadows . It is 15 minutes walk from the gorgeous Sahara beach , a large and wild sand beach . All around the house there are hiking and bike trails leading through the forest and to the beaches . From the terrace there is an wonderful view to the sea and mountain Velebit . There is a spectacular night sky with million of stars visible from the house at night. It is a quiet location , from time to time there are hikers passing by on the road or people on their way to Sahara beach.
