This nature house is a well-insulated house, cool in summer and warm in winter. The house (200m2) consists of three levels. On the ground floor there is a spacious bedroom (30m2) with 2 single beds, a bunk bed, a desk and a staircase leading upstairs. On the first floor there is the spacious living room with open kitchen (70m2) and sliding doors to the outdoor terrace (30m2). From the hall there is access to the bathroom (shower & sink & washing machine), the toilet and the stairs upstairs (without banister). Upstairs there is a bedroom suite (30m2) with sitting area, private bathroom (bath & shower & sink), a double bed and an extra bed. In the hall upstairs there is a second toilet and there are two bedrooms of 16m2 with 2X2 single beds and 1X a desk. The house has wifi and two workstations. Behind the house there is a second sun terrace and there is an extensive welcome book. The house can accommodate up to 8 adults and 10 people with children (bunk beds). Nature and surroundings
The cottage is located at 1050 meters altitude in the French Alps. The chalet offers a magnificent panoramic view of the gorge of the River Guil and the fortress of Mont Dauphin (unesco classification). It is south facing and has an exceptionally good climate (300 sunny days per year). From the house you can go hiking and cycling. The cozy and touristy Guillestre is 7 kilometers away. From the living room you can see the ski slopes of Risoul 1850 and Vars (20 minutes drive). This house is suitable for nature and outdoor sports enthusiasts. In the immediate vicinity you can swim, kayak, rafting, canyoning, skiing, climbing, hiking and cycling. The fortress of Mont Dauphin is within walking distance and here are some restaurants. On the banks of the Guil River you can fish, cold dip, make campfires and roast marshmallows. All seasons are beautiful from the nature house. In the Queyras there are four idyllic local ski resorts!

Wonderful environment and wonderful house!
Heerlijke omgeving en heerlijk huis!
What a house and what a view!!! Real vacation! The house is fully equipped. You can even borrow walking sticks. Furthermore, plenty of nice hiking or MTB trails. Camping nearby with nice restaurants and a lake where you can go supping etc. Half an hour away is a very large lake where you can rent boats for example.
Wat een huis en wat een uitzicht!! Echt vakantie! Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Je kan zelfs wandelstokken lenen.
Verder genoeg leuke wandelroutes of MTB routes. Camping in de buurt met leuke restaurantjes en een meertje waar je kan suppen etc.
