Set in green nature and with the sea and quiet coves within walking distance (1500M). We offer you a lovely flat of 54M2 with spacious sitting room, modern open kitchen and a quiet bedroom with bathroom en suite located on the first floor. You have access to a private roof terrace with sitting and sunbathing area and all around fantastic and unobstructed views of the sea, the delta and the mountains. The garden (5000M2) is full of countless Yuca, Carobe, Palm and Olive trees and, as a surprise, a large swimming pool with outdoor shower, which are of course private for you when we are not there. Natural areas such as Delta de l'Ebre and Les Estrets are just around the corner. Final cleaning included. Distance to Barcelona is 90 min and Reus airport 40 min.
Nature and surroundings
Unique and beautifully located with space and peace amidst green nature at just 3 minutes from the beach and 6 minutes from the cosy port town of l'Ampolla with all facilities and no less than 40 restaurants. The coastline offers unique coves and beaches, beach restaurants and lots of activities in the vicinity. There is the Delta de l´Ebre nature reserve, which offers kilometres of beaches, tranquillity and vastness, as well as flamingos and countless meadow birds and, as the delta is almost flat, the possibility of beautiful cycling tours. If you prefer mountains and rough nature and want something really special, the natural park "Les Estrets" with beautiful views, unique rock formations, rivers, lakes and narrow gorges is only 40 minutes away, where you can hike and cycle (Via Verde - 100km), mountain climb and mountain bike. Rafting is possible on the mighty Ebro river. Also very suitable for motorbike lovers, the roads around but also in the mountains are absolutely fantastic!
