The feeling of being alone in the world surrounded by magnificent nature with a beautiful panoramic view can be found at our caravan. The wagon has a cozy box bed which with its length of 2.25 m. is very suitable for tall people. Inside you will find a kitchenette, a table with 2 chairs and an armchair to relax in. The nature house is decorated in style with bric-à-brac collected at one of the many flea markets in the area. The nature house is set back from the farm so you have plenty of privacy. You can relax around the roulotte, in the wood-fired hot tub, your hammock, the German beach basket or by your own fireplace on which you can also barbecue. The wagon is furnished as completely as possible. Kitchen, hand and bath towels and a pocket lantern are provided. Your private bathroom, disguised as a hay wagon, can be found in the large barn next to the spacious summer kitchen that you can also use about 60m. from your wagon.
Nature and surroundings
The wagon stands in a clearing at the edge of a dirt road. To the side you overlook the pasture of the neighboring farmer where deer often come to graze at dusk. From the spacious front terrace you have a wide panoramic view over the valley of the Besbre. Below you see the church tower of La Chabanne with around it gathered the school, the auberge, the Mairie with its Salle de Fête and the remaining houses of the approximately 30 inhabitants of the 'center' of La Chabanne. The remaining 170 inhabitants live scattered throughout the valley. La Grande Serve is located in the Montagne Bourbonnaise, an almost untouched landscape of mixed forest, meadows, scattered hamlets of small farms and sleepy villages, peppered with streams, country roads and hiking trails. Even in high season, it is still quiet here.

Geweldig bed, nostalgische inrichting. Fijne, vriendelijke gastheer. Hottub is echt een toevoeging. Alles klopt!
Nature, peace & environment:Fantastisch uitzicht, veel rust en privacy. Reetjes gezien naast de accommodatie.
