1 yurt, no other guests. With us you stay in the only yurt in our spacious yard. No other guests, but plenty of rest, privacy and space to really get away together. You have your own sanitary unit and spend the night in the middle of the Achterhoek countryside, where you can walk straight from the yurt to our alpaca pasture. The warm atmosphere of the Mongolian yurt, the silence of the countryside and the small-scale character provide a special stay where you can really just slow down. Restaurant in Geesteren is 3 min drive or 10 min walk via a beautiful dirt road. Borculo, Ruurlo or Lochem is 15 min drive. We are happy to give you tips.In our yard also live 2 pigs and 10 alpacas. You can always take a look at the fence. At Het Land van Kempers we also offer Meet & Greets with the alpacas, please book in advance.
Nature and surroundings
The Yurt is located in the yard of our Achterhoek farm "Kempers," and is in a quiet area. Only a mower, tractor or neighborhood party can disturb the peace here. A great place for cyclists and hikers, with beautifully preserved sandy paths. A clogging path runs right past our house. Cycle route LF4, the Central Netherlands route, runs right through our beautiful village Geesteren. You can charge and park your (rented) bike with us. Centrally located: At 10 min drive from Ruurlo, Borculo, Diepenheim, Lochem and the Lochemse Berg. With 25 min drive you are in Zutphen, Deventer, Gorssel, Delden, Enschede, Winterswijk or the Sallandse Heuvelrug. Or in a fine 'Health float spa'. Very nice to be, unwind.

Beautiful yurt very nice to stay. Quiet environment with heavenly bird sounds and clucking chickens all around. The wood stove makes it warm quickly. And the breakfast brought to the door in the morning was really delicious!
