Nature house in Lendou en Quercy

A very nice decorated nature house; The owner of the cottage is close by and happy to help you with tips (or just a cup of coffee). All facilities are available and for 2 people + dog of 30 pounds, the cottage was certainly spacious enough and had all the amenities you need. For us a small heater would have been nice.

Een erg leuk aangekleed natuurhuisje; De eigenaar van het huisje is dicht in de buurt en helpt je graag met tips (of gewoon een kop koffie). Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig en voor 2 personen + hond van 30 kilo was het huisje zeker ruim genoeg en had alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt. Voor ons had een kleine verwarming nog wel prettig geweest.

Unfortunately with us, nature was just not really on our side with low temperatures for the time of year and more mosquitoes than usual. It remains nature! We hiked in the area and went to several villages. In the evening you have a true starry spectacle to enjoy! It is certainly a nature house because you really have to take the car to get to civilization. The main road is far enough away from the cottage that even though the garden is not lockable for the dog, we didn't have to worry about losing him. If you walk up the hill for a few minutes you have a wonderful view of the area.

Helaas zat bij ons de natuur alleen niet echt mee met lage temperaturen voor de tijd van het jaar en meer muggen dan gebruikelijk. Het blijft de natuur! We hebben gewandeld in de omgeving en zijn naar meerdere dorpjes geweest. In de avond heb je een waar sterrenspektakel om van te genieten! Een natuurhuisje is het zeker want je zal écht de auto moeten nemen om bij de bewoonde wereld te komen. De doorgaande weg is ver genoeg van het huisje vandaan dat wij, ondanks dat de tuin niet afsluitbaar is voor de hond, ons geen zorgen hoefden te maken dat we hem kwijt zouden raken. Als je een paar minuten de heuvel op loopt heb je een schitterend uitzicht over de omgeving.

The August mite threw a little spanner in the works, but a well-known phenomenon in the neighborhood, we saw from many people another side of that blissful nature!

De augustusmijt strooide wat roet in het eten, maar een welbekend fenomeen in de buurt, zo zagen we bij veel mensen... een andere kant van die zalige natuur!

Blessed place! Upon opening vd door you stepped into a tasteful world of tranquility. Also outside you did not have to step vert to experience greenery and peace.

Zalige plek! Bij het openen vd deur stapte je een smaakvolle wereld van rust binnen. Ook buiten hoefde je niet vert te stappen om groen en rust te ervaren.

This house is located in the middle of a natural setting! It's a peaceful place to stay, and a great place to visit the surrounding area, with its many walks, beautiful villages and UNESCO World Heritage sites, such as Marcillac Abbey. The house is quite simply magnificent, and very pleasantly furnished; it has all the features and everything is provided for everyone's comfort.
We had a wonderful stay in this house, and I'd like to thank Ferdinand, the owner, who is always available when we need him, and always ready to share information about this beautiful region of Quercy Blanc! We'll definitely be back!

Cette maison se situe au milieu d'un écrin de nature ! Le calme règne ici et c'est un bel endroit pour visiter les alentours où se trouve des randonnées, des petits villages magnifiques, et des sites classés au patrimoine mondial de l'Unesco, telle l'abbaye de Marcillac.
Cette maison est tout simplement magnifique, et aménagée de façon très agréable; elle possède toutes les fonctionnalités et tout est prévu pour le confort de chacun.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison.
