A magical place. The house is free all around, bordering nature, and has a beautiful view of orange groves and the mountains in the distance. At 30 min from the city of Valencia. Around the house you will find a hippy botanical garden with many cacti, succulents and fruit trees. Citrus fruits, cherries, grapes, figs and olives. There are several terraces with sitting and relaxing areas so you can seek sun or shade at any time of the day. The pool is a balsa pool which means that the water is not filtered. The water comes from a spring and only a little chlorine is added. The house is simple, luxuries are the location, the views and the tranquility. There is a spacious bright conservatory with a large table and sofa bed, a living room with wood stove, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 small bedrooms with two beds each and a bathroom. The house is not suitable for children without swimming certificate and not for parties or loud music.
Nature and surroundings
The house is free, being the last house on a dead-end path, half an hour's drive from Valencia city, with smaller villages nearby. In Lliria, 9km away, you will find the last stop of the metro line to Valencia, which is actually a little train. The villages nearby are simple and authentically Spanish, they have a beautiful old core with, also typically Spanish, some practical new construction around it. There are hardly any tourists or hip cafes here:) Tip: In the afternoon, have a hot lunch like the locals at one of the simple restaurants in the villages. And tapas in the evening. In the summer months there are many village festivals. Hiking can be done in the immediate vicinity or further away. There are maps and information in the house. You can swim in the Turia River, which flows nearby at 3km, half an hour walk. Because of the river this is a relatively green area.
