The property is fully fenced and access is gained through remote controlled gates. The accommodation is on two levels and can be divided into 2 apartments and the villa itself. The ground floor consists of a laundry room, spacious dining and living kitchen, 2 living rooms, 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bedrooms with 2x single beds each, 3 bathrooms, balcony/terrace and Moroccan style patio. There is also an apartment with private entrance, 1 double bedroom, bathroom, living room with kitchen and private terrace. Downstairs there is an apartment with 1 bedroom, large living room with fireplace, bathroom, kitchen with washing machine and private terrace with BBQ. There is no chlorine in the water because the water comes from an underground spring.
Nature and surroundings
This nature house is a villa with 1 hectare of land, a quiet location with lots of privacy and silence, between the village of Tunes and the old village of Paderne. On the property there is a vineyard that regularly produces high quality red wine, several fruit trees including carob, almond, fig and olive trees and a small citrus orchard. The city of Albufeira to the south is only 11 km away, the shopping mall and stores such as ALDI and JYSK just an 8 min drive. The villa is surrounded by extensive lawns and an array of fragrant shrubs and flower beds. There is also a private pool (4.5 x 9 meters) surrounded by a large lawn and equipped with its own shower, bar and barbecue areas. There is ample parking 6+ along with covered parking for two more cars. Enjoy a fantastic sunset every evening with panoramic views of the Monchique Mountains!
