Charming cottage in the heart of Saint-Mélany. The cottage has two bedrooms. Bedroom with large double bed (180 x200). Bedroom with double bed and bunk bed. Bathroom with shower and sink. Heating is done in the colder months with electric convectors and a wood fire. A refrigerator and freezer are provided in the kitchen. The cottage has a large private terrace. The cottage itself is part of 5 vacation homes (Petit paradis de Lauzes) built on the flank, each with its own terrace and the necessary privacy.
