De gite staat aan de rand van het dorp en heeft uitzicht op een weiland waar een paar varkens rondlopen. Het is er erg rustig en stil. De buren zijn wel bezig met het verbouwen van hun huis (boren en zagen) en dat hoorde je soms maar wij vonden het niet storend. De gite zelf is van alle gemakken voorzien en zeer smaakvol ingericht. Een goed bed met de juiste afmetingen voor lange mensen. De sauna vonden wij eigenlijk iets aan de kleine kant. Als je wilt liggen dan zijn de banken te kort en je ligt dan bovendien met je benen te dicht op de kachel die erg heet wordt. Desalniettemin hebben we wel genoten van de hout gestookte sauna door te blijven zitten. De jacuzzi was erg prettig, fijn dat die al helemaal ingesteld was zodat we die direct konden gebruiken. Ook fijn dat je helemaal privé zit, er is absoluut geen inkijk op de gite en de tuin.
