It is a house with views of the natural park of Montseny. The house has 6 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 with shower and 1 with shower and whirlpool bath). One of the bedrooms is on the first floor, next to a bathroom (with shower without shower tray). On the same first floor there is a very spacious living room with dining and reading area, and a large fully equipped kitchen. Nature and surroundings
We are in the natural park of Montseny, biosphere reserve, where we find species such as the Montseny newt (endemic species of this area) In addition to all the excursions and activities that can be done in the natural park we are close to cities, cultural activities etc.. We are 10 minutes from Espinelves, 15 minutes from Vic, 30 minutes from the Sau reservoir, 45 minutes from Girona, 1 hour from Barcelona, 1 hour from the beach, 1 hour from the Greek ruins of Empurias. The central heating is mixed, it works with firewood and the organic remains of forest management as well as diesel. The swimming pool is salt water. Salt water (90% less than sea water) means less chemical, and avoid eye and skin irritations. It is a system that offers an ecological and environmentally friendly filtering cycle. Our dwarf goats weed and clean the forest as well as fertilize. At all times our priority is to restore, repair and reuse.

Ca la Montse is a beautiful large house with traditional Catalan interior. Beds were very good. Good mattresses but not as hard as often in Spain. The house and garden have different rooms/zones making it nice with a large group. The Pool was also very nice, with light salt water. Much better than the traditional chlorine.The house was otherwise super clean and there was plenty of everything.The house is also very good to keep cool without air conditioning while outside was really hot in August.

Ca la Montse is een mooi groot huis met een traditioneel Catalaans interieur. Bedden waren heel goed. Goede matrassen maar niet zo hard zoals vaak in Spanje. Het huis en de tuin hebben verschillende ruimtes/zones waardoor het fijn is met een grote groep. Het Zwembad was ook heel fijn, met licht zout water. Veel beter dan de traditionele chloor.
Het huis was verder super schoon en er was genoeg van alles.
Het huis is ook heel goed koel te houden zonder airco terwijl buiten echt warm was in augustus.Nature, peace & environment:Ca la Montse is a beautiful large house very close to the lovely village of Viladrau. Ca la Montse is een mooi groot huis heel dichtbij het leuke dorpje Viladrau. Midden in de bergen van het Montseny. Dat betekend kleine wegen met veel bochten maar eenmaal gewend was juist heel mooi rijden. Vaak prachtige uitzichten.
Het huis zit dichtbij een weg maar het is toch heerlijk rustig.
