French old ensemble 300 years old -private domaine (4 hectares)- on an estate of a chateau/ manoir. This property belongs entirely to the landlord. With a private pool (5-10 m) and 2 large terraces. One terrace lined with beautiful palms and linden trees. The other higher terrace surrounding pool with beautiful and distant views to the area of the Vézère (tributary of the Dordogne). In the middle of nature with complete privacy and tranquility. Very cozy and sustainably decorated with natural materials. Main house: 1 small bedroom with double bed. Separate toilet and small bathroom with 2 sinks and bath. Part above sloping walls. Living room with fireplace, dining table and sitting area with open kitchen with bar. Annex: large bedroom and room with mezzanine with queen bed where there is also shower, toilet and sink. Ideal house for 2 couples and 2 children. (Mirabel means: beautiful view). Note: there is internet coverage but no WiFi.
Nature and surroundings
Located on domaine of 4 hectares in wooded area with hills, open fields and clear streams. With many beautiful small villages nearby. Near the river Vezere. Very suitable for canoe trips. Also sweet little beach where you can swim. Lovely for walking and cycling. Also beautiful golf course nearby. Near St. Alvere for bakery, nice restaurants, small supermarket and cafe. Le Bugue for organic stores, Intermarche and Lidl. Summers several parties and nice brocante markets in surrounding villages. Also accessible from Bergerac airport (30 min) where car rental is possible.
