A charming, private, detached home (110 m²), comfortably and fully furnished, with a lovely swimming pool (open from June through mid-October) and a private bocce court. Located in a wooded area on over 5,000 m² of land with plenty of privacy. The house is situated just outside the village of Saint-Martin de Pallières (Var). The house is all on one level, making it suitable and accessible for all ages. The house is equipped with every luxury and convenience: a washer and dishwasher, linens and towels, a TV and DVD player, a medium-sized dog crate, and plenty of firewood for the outdoor fireplace during peak season. The house is entirely on one level. For cooking enthusiasts, there is an exceptionally well-equipped and spacious kitchen with all kinds of kitchen utensils. The living room is spacious and cozy, featuring a wood stove and Portuguese tile floors with underfloor heating. There are plenty of books and games available. All rooms (including the bedrooms) have French doors opening onto the surrounding terraces.

Fantastic nature and panoramic views. Peace, space, hiking, biking, dining and drinking, visiting castles, or wine tasting. The house is situated on a hillside surrounded by nature. You can step right out into the great outdoors. Or you can stroll along the many country roads to experience the region’s unique atmosphere. The Grande Randonée N99 also passes through Saint-Martin-de-Pallières. There are several forests in the immediate vicinity where you can enjoy wonderful hikes. The house is located in a region that has long been known for hiking. You’ll find hiking itineraries in the house. From the nature house, you can also hop on a bike for a beautiful ride of about 65 km.
