Private cozy detached house (110m2), comfortable and fully equipped with lovely pool (open from June to mid-October) and a private bowling alley. Located in wooded area on over 5,000 m² with lots of privacy. The house is located just outside the village of Saint-Martin de Pallières (Var). The house is ground floor, so suitable and accessible for all ages. The house has all the luxury and comforts. Washing machine and dishwasher, linen and towels, TV and DVD, medium-sized bench for the dog and for off-season plenty of wood to fire. The house is all on one level. For cooking enthusiasts, there is an exceptionally well-equipped and spacious kitchen with all kinds of kitchen utensils. The living room is spacious, cozy with wood stove and Portuguese tile floor with underfloor heating. Books and games are plentiful. In all (bed) rooms doors to terraces around.
Nature and surroundings
Fantastic nature and views. Rest, space, walking, cycling, eating and drinking, visiting castles or wine tasting. The house is situated on a slope in the middle of nature. You can walk straight into nature or walk along the many country roads to experience the typical atmosphere of this region. There is also the Grande Randonée N99 passing Saint Martin de Pallières. In the vicinity are several forests where you can make lovely walks. The house is located in a traditionally known hiking area. The hiking routes are available in the house. From the nature house you can also take a bike and make a beautiful tour of about 65 km. In a still unspoiled region there are characteristic villages, such as Varages, Rians, La Verdière, Barjols, Brue-Auriac and of course Saint-Martin-de-Pallières. Saint-Martin de Pallières.
