A lovely cozy chalet, with lots of fun and attention to make it an attractive and cozy stay where you really feel at home. It is especially suitable for people who love nature, peace and quiet and the lovely French countryside, located in a beautiful natural environment with a nice swimming lake within walking distance, fishing water nearby. This nature house is lovely free at the back of the field, with beautiful views over the countryside, privacy guaranteed, there is a cozy living room with comfortable large sofa and armchair, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lots of storage space.There are 2 bedrooms, the largest room has a double bed of 160 wide and ample closet space, the smaller room has a bed of 140 wide and also there is a small closet.A bathroom with shower and sink and a separate toilet with sink make it all complete,Outside a large veranda and seating areas everywhere with beautiful views
Nature and surroundings
This nature house is located in the municipality of Biches, within walking distance (350 m) from the Canal du Nivernais along which one can make wonderful walks or bike rides, really a beautiful piece of nature next to the canal is the river l'Aron, in the summer months, a portion of the river closed by a wooden dam so that a natural swimming lake is created, Also an ideal environment for fishing enthusiasts, nearby is a fishing course of almost 5 km long, a beautiful place on the canal with several places picnic benches and the ability to make a nice walk along the canal and the river.The Morvan Natural Park begins here about 10 km away, charming villages, beautiful forests and lakes such as Etang de Merle, Etang de Baye, Lac de Pannecière and Lac de Setton all good for many hours of water fun, definitely worth a visit.

Het huisje (stacaravan) met grote veranda is heel erg gezellig ingericht en alles is aanwezig. Je hebt er totale privacy. Kortom, wij hebben ontzettend genoten van dit paradijsje!
Een geweldige plek als je op zoek bent naar rust, stilte en houd van de natuur. De koeien lopen langs het huisje, de eekhoorntjes die in de bomen noten komen eten, die in je tuin staan, de herten die je ziet lopen. De prachtige omgeving is zeer geschikt om te wandelen en fietsen. Op enkele honderden meters loopt er een kanaal, waar je bij het bruggetje heerlijk kan zwemmen bij warme dagen.
