Fantastic new luxury vacation home (completed June 2023) located at the base of the ski area. With fantastic views of all the surrounding mountains of both Austria and Italy.The name bubbling at the slopes was obvious with the whirlpool at the foot of the slopes. Whether in summer enjoying the good weather, or in winter your (grand) children coming down the slopes to see enjoy and relax is paramount in this house.In consultation there is everything possible including different rental periods, arrival-departure days. Nature and surroundings
Need a larger ski area? From the village of Kotschach-Mauthen goes several times a day a free ski bus to ski Nassfeld. (Travel time about 20 min.) A large ski area with over 110 km of snow sure piste's on the long Millenium track in southern AustriaLiever equally swim that is also possible, 250 meters walking distance is the subtropical swimming pool Aquarena.Het house is located in one of the most beautiful natural areas of Austria in authentic village Kötschach-Mauthen. Kötschach-Mauthen is a quiet cozy village with several restaurants, supermarkets and a nice pool with welness. It is known for its many hours of sunshine and particularly accessible ski slopes vorhegg which from the house directly betreedbaar. After a few days ready for a trip to another country? The Italian border is only 14 km away! Prefer a trip to Slovenia? Slovenia is also within 50 minutes.
