The nature house is a comfortable vacation home for 5 people in the middle of the Regional Natural Park Livradois-Forez (Auvergne) near the town of Arlanc. We are classified with 4 stars in October 2025. The cottage was lovingly renovated in 2022. The cottage is spacious and equipped with every comfort. - Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, induction hob, microwave and oven - Sitting area (with double sofa bed) and wood stove - Two bedrooms each with a bathroom en-suite - Separate toilet (on 1st floor) - Linen is included in the price From the garden you have a beautiful view over the woods and hills. On hot days you can cool down in the pool. In the immediate vicinity you can walk and cycle. Come and enjoy the (green) environment and the tranquility that the Auvergne has to offer! We live with our two-year-old son and two border collies next door.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located in the middle of the Livradois-Forez, a regional nature park in Auvergne. The landscape alternates between dense forests, mountain meadows, green plains and lakes. The region is known for its clean air, due to the many forests and the absence of highways and industry. In the immediate vicinity you can enjoy hiking, cycling and motorcycling. In the winter months, you can go cross-country skiing and skiing in the area. Auvergne is known for its breathtaking landscapes, beautiful cities and villages and for its many historic castles. The Puy-de-Dôme (1464m with cogwheel railway) located in the Auvergne Regional Natural Park Volcanoes is definitely worth a visit!
