Lovely vacation home/chalet in a quiet, small-scale vacation park. Living room with open kitchen, featuring a dishwasher and an oven/microwave. Large bedroom (very spacious, high ceiling) with a large double bed; second bedroom with sturdy wooden bunk beds and a small desk. Luxurious, large walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. Utility room with washer and dryer and plenty of storage space/large closet. Spacious covered terrace and outdoor area surrounding the house. Features an artistically designed (wood-fired) sauna. You can bring your own firewood or purchase it on-site for a fee. Canoes and SUPs may be available for rent. Very good and fast Wi-Fi (fiber optic) is available. The house is well-insulated, approximately 55 m², and equipped with everything you need. It’s not overly luxurious, but it is very comfortable. And it’s located in a unique spot by the lake, next to a nature reserve, and very close to the city of Groningen (9 km).
Nature and surroundings
The house is located in a very small-scale and quiet vacation park. There is no entertainment or activities. However, there is the lovely lake, where you can go boating, canoeing, stand-up paddleboarding, or just enjoy a swim. There are several docks for accessing the lake. Nice little cottage with plenty of amenities; unfortunately, there was no air conditioning, but we were unlucky to have 38 degrees in this case—there was a fan, though.
Personally, we thought it was a little dirty.Prima huisje veel dingen aanwezig , helaas geen airco maar we hadden dan ook pech met 38 graden in dit geval , er was wel een ventilator aanwezig.
