It’s a nice little house with high-quality furnishings, but in our opinion, it lacks proper cleaning, maintenance, and attention—both inside and out.
At first glance, it seemed reasonably clean (we did, for example, immediately wipe down the windowsill and countertop, remove cheese rinds from the sink cabinet, and it will also depend on who left the place “swept clean” for you), but the bathroom sink wasn’t draining properly, there was mold in the shower, the kitchen window near the stove was very dirty, the range hood was filthy, and overall it was grimy.
