With its impressive 90 km² of nature and more than 224 km of hiking trails, this is the perfect area for a long walk, bike ride or a relaxing day in the open air. Nearby you will find several cozy eateries. The Boathouse on the canal is ideal for a drink or a meal on the sun terrace. If you like refined cuisine, you can go for lunch at De Afspanning in Beernem (advance booking is a must).
