This residential farm is located amidst nature and views of the Lochem Mountain. At 1.5 km from the town of Lochem. Feel completely "Zen" in the beautiful nature and enjoy the serene atmosphere. From the wonderfully spacious living room with fireplace, walk through the French doors and sit down under the covered veranda, where you can enjoy the unobstructed view and outdoor life until late. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and dishwasher. The kitchen has a six-burner gas stove. On the ground floor a 1 spacious bedrooms and two toilets. On the 1st floor 5 bedrooms one of which has its own shower. On the 1st floor a bathroom with bath and separate shower, also a separate toilet on the second floor. Parking space on private property. Pets are also welcome!
Nature and surroundings
In the rolling landscape between Lochem and Barchem there are two hills: the Lochemse Berg and the Kale Berg. The house is located here in the middle. It is a varied area with forests, interspersed with agricultural land and wooded banks. In the vicinity are several castles to visit, for example Havezate De Cloese on the Berkel, Estate and Castle Ampsen, Castle Vorden or Castle De Wildenborch in Vorden. That time has not really stood still is evident from the good facilities the Achterhoek has to offer. There are beautiful cities such as Lochem, Zutphen and Doetinchem where you can enjoy shopping, good food and linger on a terrace. Many restaurants in the Achterhoek offer delicious game arrangements in season.
