Beautifully situated vacation home in the heart of the Allier, surrounded by woods and meadows. From the house you have a magnificent view over the hills, forests and the Puy de Dome. The villa is located on a quiet road and has a private driveway with parking and thus complete privacy. The villa is completely detached with a large, beautiful terrace where the sun shines all day but where you can also sit in the shade. Downstairs there is a fireplace and air conditioning. a spacious bedroom with private bathroom, a separate toilet, a spacious living room with sitting area and TV with Dutch and French channels. The spacious kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and induction hob. Upstairs the villa has a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 bedrooms, one with a loft with a double bed and one with bunk beds. There is wifi available.
Nature and surroundings
The area is very suitable for tranquility, hikers, cyclists and you make beautiful walks where you can encounter deer, red deer and beautiful birds, because you walk from the villa so the forest. Nearby are the beautiful cities of Moulins, Montluçon and Clermont-Ferrand with the Puy de Dôme, many castles and many villages with nice flea markets.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche bei Ingrid und menno. Sehr freundliche tolle Gastgeber. Das Haus war tip top ich würde wieder bei Ingrid und menno buchen. Zu den Aktivitäten kann ich nicht viel sagen da wir wegen meinem hund eine silvesterfreie Unterkunft gebucht haben.. es war so stressfrei einfach super.. wir sind viel spazieren gelaufen und haben sport gemachr das war super.. Dankeschön nochmal für eure Gastfreundschaft
