The spacious living room has a nice corner sofa and 2 comfortable armchairs. There is an electric fireplace which emits no particulate matter and resembles a real wood stove. This provides a pleasant atmosphere and warmth. The tasteful decor is characterized by the use of natural materials such as wood and rattan. Adjacent to the living room you will find the beautiful round wooden dining table and the very complete kitchen with rural look. On the first floor you will find a modern bathroom and a separate toilet. The house has 3 cozy bedrooms with 2 beds each. The attic room has an extra sink. All windows and doors have mosquito nets. From the French doors you can walk onto the spacious terrace surrounded by the naturally landscaped woodland garden. There is ample parking at the house, a storage room for bicycles and a charging station for an electric car.

Enjoy peace, relaxation and the outdoors near the Veluwe in this eco-friendly cozy vacation home "Green Balance". The vacation home, type Berkenhorst, is located in a beautiful spot on the edge of the park with an unobstructed view of meadows and woods. From the house you can walk straight into the forest where there are many beautiful walks. The house provides access to one of the most beautiful wooded areas of the Veluwe where you can make wonderful bike rides. In the vicinity there is a climbing forest, an outdoor swimming pool, the Kröller Muller museum and Apeldoorn with the Loo Palace, among others. Holiday home Green Balance is a detached split-level house with thatched roof.
