Nature house in Putten

See above and further I was disappointed with the kitchen tools and dishes (e.g.: damaged plates and bowls, no wine glasses and dirty placemats and oven mitts. Lack of clarity regarding waste separation. Lack of clarity with the check-out time (9:30 or 10:00).

Zie hier boven en verder was ik teleurgesteld met de keuken gereedschap en serviesgoed (bv: beschadigde borden en schalen, geen wijnglazen en vuile placemats en ovenwanten. Onduidelijkheid wat betreft het scheiden van de afval. Onduidelijkheid met de uitcheck tijd (9:30 of 10:00)

The cottage was certainly nice, but I had little sense that we were staying in a property that really has a lot of commitment to nature and the environment and sustainability. The location was beautiful and beautifully secluded. Could it be that not all the cottages at the resort are Nature Houses?

Het huisje was zeker leuk, maar ik had weinig gevoel dat wij in een woning verbleven die echt veel inzet op gebied van natuur en milieu en duurzaamheid. De locatie was prachtig en fraai afgelegen. Kan het zijn dat niet alle huisjes op de vakantiepark Natuurhuisjes zijn?

Clean and nice cottage. Because it is partially in the ground it feels cozy. You do sit close to your neighbors with a low hedge between them, but not super disturbing. There is a nice fenced forest behind the park where you can quickly walk the dog. The cottage was fully equipped. You do have to make your own bed on arrival but that way you see that it is clean. It would be nice if you know what amenities are in the cottage (e.g. a hairdryer) so you don't have to bring your own. There is a smart TV with streaming but you can't log in ivm Samsung account, so that's a shame. Also, the lady at the reception could be more friendly. At first it seemed like our cottage was double booked, fortunately was not so but had it been so she would not have helped us. Also on departure we were not asked how it was. Otherwise everything was fine. Garderen is a tip, nice village with eateries and beautiful forests with nice walks.

Schoon en fijn huisje. Doordat het deels in de grond zit voelt het knus. Je zit wel dicht op je buren met een laag heggetje ertussen, maar niet super storend. Er is een fijn omheind bos achter het park waar je de hond even snel kan uitlaten.
Het huisje was van alle gemakken voorzien. Je moet wel zelf je bed opmaken bij aankomst maar op die manier zie je wel dat het schoon is.
Het zou wel fijn zijn als je weet welke voorzieningen er in het huisje zijn (bijv. een haardroger), zodat je die niet zelf hoeft mee te nemen. Er is een smart tv met streaming maar je kan niet inloggen ivm Samsung account, dus dat is wel jammer. Ook kon de mevrouw bij de receptie wel wat vriendelijker zijn. In eerste instantie leek het alsof ons huisje was dubbel geboekt, was gelukkig niet zo maar had dat zo geweest had ze ons niet geholpen. Ook bij vertrek werd ons niet gevraagd hoe het was.
Verder was alles prima. Garderen is een tip, mooi dorpje met eetgelegenheden en mooie bossen met fijne wandelingen.

Beautiful wooded area, the cottage is on small vacation park cordoned off with a barrier. Not as many birds as really heart of Veluwe but still a nice green area.There are occasional military exercises though. There was a helicopter circling above the park just above the treetops which was a huge noise. But cool to see and it was only for a short time.

Mooie bosrijke omgeving, het huisje staat op kleinschalig vakantieparkje afgezet met een slagboom. Niet zoveel vogels als echt hartje Veluwe maar nog steeds een mooi groen gebied.
Er zijn wel af en toe militaire oefeningen. Er cirkelde een helikopter boven het park vlak boven de boomtoppen wat een enorme herrie was. Maar voor de liefhebber ook wel gaaf om te zien en het was maar van korte duur.

The cottage is located on the road where people pass, which just does not give the perfect peace that you do have in other cottages on the outskirts.

Het huisje ligt aan de weg waar mensen passeren, dat geeft net niet de volmaakte rust die je wel in andere huisjes aan de rand hebt.
