Nature house in Ronnenberg

The house (68 sqm) with grounds (400 sqm) & orchard (8000 sqm) can be rented for 1-7 nights. It is simply & multifunctionally furnished & largely barrier-free. There are 2 terraces & 2 awnings. Max. 4 parking spaces. It is also suitable for small seminars and celebrations. Crockery and seating (for inside and outside) are available for approx. 24 people each. There are hammocks for the meadow. With approx. 4 pers. you can sleep in the house in 1 or 2 rooms on simple sleeping facilities (1 double sofa bed 1.40x2.00m, 2 single folding beds (can be pushed together to 1.50x1.95m). A baby travel cot (without baby sleeping bag) is available. The price applies to the entire house including the meadow, regardless of the number of people staying overnight. Waste water should be produced sparingly. There is a wood-burning stove, two fire bowls and a barbecue. The price already includes 1 basket of firewood and 1 basket of fire bowl wood, towels, bed linen, toilet paper, soap, dishwashing liquid, sparkling water.

The beautiful Waldwinkel is located on the SE slope of the wooded Benther Berg, on the outskirts of Hanover. There is a beer and coffee garden at the top of the slope and the fruit house with its large orchard and direct access to the forest at the bottom of the circular path. It is close to the city and far away at the same time. You can relax on site, snack on fruit, pick herbs or mushrooms and watch birds. There are many burial mounds in the forest, a ruined coffee house and the remains of a summit tower at 173.3 m. The landscape art trail leads past the house, as do regional cycle path no. 3, the 'Green Ring' and the 'Kansteinweg'. Opposite is the 'Waldberg', a renaturalized potash dump where cultural events are often held. Due to its location in a nature reserve, this is more a place for forest bathing than Woodstock, muscle power rather than motor power and tarp rather than trailer park. You can be in the center of Hanover in approx. 30 minutes by bike (approx. 9 km as the crow flies to the main station), a bus stops in 5-10 minutes on foot, there are max. 4 parking spaces.
