Very nice cottage. Clean, neat and fully equipped. Personal touch for birthday was also great.

Heel fijn huisje. Schoon, netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. Persoonlijke touch voor verjaardag was ook geweldig.

Beautiful surroundings. Waking up to only bird sounds. Delightful!

Prachtige omgeving. Wakker worden met alleen vogelgeluiden. Heerlijk!

A very comfortable cottage. Clean and complete. A nice surprise on arrival, very thoughtful! The cottage is small, but definitely does not feel that way due to smart layout and good use of spaces. You have everything you need and more. Everything is there, kitchen appliances work fine, good bed, rain shower (some patience before water is hot). Nice and cozy details make it very homey and cozy. Many windows, so much light and thus view on all sides of the garden and the many birds. We have not seen squirrels, but we read that there are. The garden, with several seating areas (including bbq) invites you to be outside, which we did a lot (we were lucky with the weather). Communication with owner is easy and friendly via app/mail. Highly recommended, we will definitely come back!

Een zeer comfortabel huisje. Schoon en compleet. Een leuke verrassing bij aankomst, heel attent!

Het huisje is klein, maar voelt absoluut niet zo door slimme indeling en goed gebruik van de ruimten. Je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt en meer.
Alles is aanwezig, keukenapparatuur werkt prima, goed bed, regendouche (wel even geduld voordat water warm is).
Leuke en sfeervolle details maken het heel huiselijk en knus.
Veel ramen, dus veel licht én dus zicht aan alle kanten op de tuin en de vele vogels. Eekhoorns hebben wij niet gezien, maar we lazen dat die er wel zijn.
De tuin, met verschillende zitjes (ook bbq aanwezig) nodigt uit om buiten te zijn, wat wij dan ook veel hebben gedaan (we boften met het weer).

Communicatie met eigenaar gaat makkelijk en vriendelijk via app/mail.

Een aanrader, wij komen zeker nog een keer terug!

The cottage is located in a wooded nature reserve, just below Epe, where there are several houses. The nature house is at the end of the driveway in this area, furthest from the road. The owner's house is next to this nature house, but through hedges etc. you have complete privacy in the house and garden. Private entrance via a forest path.

The garden, with both sunny and shady sides is large with several seats, both on the grass and in the piece of forest behind it. The whole day you hear and see different birds, the wind rustling through the trees, very soothing. Sometimes you hear the road, but this is absolutely not disturbing the peace and sounds of nature. In the immediate vicinity is forest, heath and countryside to find. Environment is beautiful, varied and with nice, cozy places.

Het huisje staat in een bosachtig natuurgebiedje, net onder Epe, waar meerdere huizen staan. Deze staan op ruime afstand van elkaar.
Het Natuurhuisje ligt aan het eind van de inrit in dit gebiedje, het verst af van de weg.
Het huisje van de eigenaar staat naast dit Natuurhuisje, maar door heggen e.d. heb je volledige privacy in het huis en de tuin.
Eigen opgang via een bospaadje.

De tuin, met zowel zonnige- als schaduwkanten is groot met verschillende zitjes, zowel op het gras als in het stukje bos erachter.
De hele dag hoor en zie je verschillende vogels, ruist de wind door de bomen, heel rustgevend.
Soms hoor je de weg, maar dit is absoluut niet storend voor de rust en de natuurgeluiden.

In de directe omgeving is bos, hei en platteland te vinden. Alles op loop/fietsafstand.
Omgeving is prachtig, afwisselend en met leuke, gezellige plaatsen.
