This nature house is a cozy cottage for 4, designed for sharing with friends and family. Located in the heart of a traditional Dutch farmhouse, it is a lush yet elegant hideaway from everyday life. Surrounded by nature and regenerative farmland, the nature house is located next to the main farmhouse and barn. You are on the Appel estate. Appel is a family estate where other people also live. In the yard of the Ahof one family currently lives permanently in the Field Barn. The families living in the yard east of the Ahof use the road that runs through the Ahof yard as their driveway. A public hiking trail runs south of the yard around the farm, and Appel is a beautiful property for hiking and biking. We as a family are working to bring back the original nature. Marijke October 17, 2025 General rating:Great cozy cottage, equipped with many conveniences! The downside we found was that there is no separate shower, and so you have to shower in the bathtub. In addition, it is a large open space, which makes waking up earlier or going to bed difficult.
Geweldig knus huisje, van veel gemakken voorzien! Het nadeel vonden wij dat er geen losse douche aanwezig is en je dus in bad moet douchen. Daarnaast is het een grote open ruimte, wat eerder wakker of naar bed gaan lastig maakt.
