We would like to welcome you as our guest to provide you with a carefree & relaxing vacation in the French countryside. Our cottage is located in the beautiful region of Champagne-Ardenne, surrounded by vast countryside, hills, picturesque villages and towns, lush forests, castles. Our old manor house dates back to 1766. It has a detached and renovated workers' cottage in the courtyard, with its own courtyard terrace and private garden. There is also a swimming pool in the "big" garden in summer. The house is beautifully decorated with old & modern style features. Inside there is a beautiful fireplace where you can cozy up by the wood stove. Or relax with a book on the mezzanine with 2 lovely leather armchairs and a bookcase with a small flat screen TV with DVD player. There is also a mini stereo & WIFI. The kitchen is very well equipped. There are 2 bedrooms. There is also (on request) a crib available. 2 bicycles are available for rent.
Nature and surroundings
The house is located in Pierrefaites, in the beautiful Champagne Ardenne region. It is surrounded by endless countryside and picturesque villages. Many forests and the necessary chateaus. Cities such as Langres, Gray and Vesoul are also within easy reach. The Grand Est is the unadulterated countryside of France where you can feel at home. Enjoy touring the area, or relaxing at one of the beautiful lakes nearby. There are plenty of eateries nearby to pamper the inner man as well. In addition, during the summer season there are many flea markets and flea markets and there are several fun events to visit.
