There’s a spacious living room and open-concept kitchen with large windows. The staircase leads upstairs to two additional bedrooms. From the kitchen, you step right out onto the patio, surrounded by greenery and bordered by a wooded embankment. The home is fully equipped with all modern conveniences—from baking supplies to outdoor toys in the shed, and from a delightful rain shower to a secret play nook under the stairs.

The grounds feature a fenced-in playground with a swing, jungle gym, slide, picnic table, and trampoline, among other things. The village of Noordwolde has everything you need. From supermarkets to cozy lunch cafés. From toy stores to delicious fries. Within a 500-meter radius, you’ll find the Dobbe outdoor swimming pool, the Spokedam forest, and the Spokeplas recreational lake. An ideal base for both relaxation and adventure.
