Guests who stayed here find the surroundings fantastic for
Bird watching

The cozy nature house has a sublime view from the swing set on the porch. The sunroom is a delightful spot. Enjoy wood stove, bathtub and hammock. The double bed can also be made as two beds. The house operates from a vision of caring, for each other, for the place. The guests take care of the house during the time they are there, and ensure that the house welcomes the next residents. These find the house as it was left, lovingly. Everyone brings their own sheets and towels and does their own cleaning upon departure. In the kitchen you will find all the basic products for cooking, also kept by the residents. Upon arrival you will be welcomed in the guest book, with messages from previous guests. You may also find flowers or small details left by them, don't hesitate to do the same! We love the personal touch. It makes for a warm welcome in the house.

The cottage is simply but attractively furnished. It has a good stove which is especially needed in spring (we had a few nights of light frost). Behind the house is a nice bench with nice wide views. In bad weather you can sit in the conservatory so you are still kind of sitting outside. Besides a few walks we have also mainly enjoyed the peace. The area is characterized by extensive agriculture with many hedges, and also flowers (many wild orchid among others) in the roadsides but also here and there in the fields.

    Nature, peace & environment: 5 /5

Wonderfully quiet in spring, little traffic. It may be less quiet in high season. The cottage is in a kind of nature reserve and lends itself well as a starting point for walks. When we were there the roadsides were full of flowers.
