This cozy nature house has the stunning views across the field to the forest, space and privacy you are looking for. A walled terrace and a natural pond, imagine evenings on the bench in front of the house enjoying the sunset, the bird sounds and nothing else. The pair of little owls in the large oak tree next to the cottage and show themselves regularly. This cottage is located on the edge of our yard where several animals live. Everything on one level and accessible to everyone. The bedroom with French doors, a large box spring and made up in consultation. The bathroom has a shower toilet and very spacious shower. In the room 2 relax chairs, floor heating and wide (sliding) doors throughout the house make it a comfortable place for everyone. With New Year's Eve and in consultation we allow dogs in the cottage. Nature and surroundings
In the wooded surroundings are the beautiful places Barchem, Ruurlo, Borculo and Lochem. Nearby is the nature reserve Hagenbeek with several hiking trails. In June it is a sea of orchids. The area lends itself to beautiful trips by bicycle (node 66) or mobility scooter. There are many dirt roads with an additional paved bicycle path. Walking tour Barchem (13 km) and the bird route (5km ) start next to our meadow. The beautiful scenery, characteristic of the Achterhoek, can be admired on the estates Wiersse and 't Medler. Many different birds, hedgehogs, hares, rabbits visit our yard. The little owl often shows itself in the oak tree and on a pole along the meadow. Deer graze in the meadow, provided the grass is not too long. Then they hide, the lying spots in the long grass giving away that they have been there. The stork also likes to come and spend the night in our yard. The fallow deer like to be admired and spoiled with a tasty snack.
